What if I need to reschedule my appointment?  

It’s easy. With at least a 24 hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by using the on-line calendar system, just follow the following steps:

1. When you are logged in, click on the Calendar link at the top, center of this webpage

2. Locate blocks of available time 

3. Locate your current appointment and click on the title of the appointment (this will open an editing screen)

4. Click on the Edit button and change the details of the appointment to correspond with an Available block of time.  The calendar will update itself, you’ll see your new appointment reflected and I will receive an email notification letting me know of the change.  

What can I expect from you as my coach?

1. Be a partner with you for a season to help you develop as a leader.
2. Provide safety, encouragement, and support in an environment in which you can relax and explore.
3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make.
4. Expand your view of what is possible and promote discovery of new insights.
5. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board.
6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask powerful questions that increase awareness.
7. Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your goals.
8. Provide consulting or mentoring only after we have exhausted the coaching process.

What are the sessions like?

Before each session, you have the choice to fill out a Call Strategy Form so you can think through what you want to discuss.  

Sessions last around 45-60 minutes and you set the agenda for what you want to discuss while I manage the process.  

I will actively listen, ask powerful questions, give direct communication and bring the core competencies of coaching into our session.  We will conclude each session with action steps which you commit to carrying out.  

What if we begin coaching and then I decide it is not right for me? Do you have a money back guarantee? 

Yes. If within the first few sessions of our relationship, you participate fully in the coaching process and are not satisfied, you can simply let me know this is not working for you and I will completely refund your money. 

Is my data in this client center secure and confidential? 

Yes. In fact, there are 3 levels of security provided to keep your data safe and confidential  1- username and password protected 2- Verisign Security Certificate protects your data on this site 3- https:// = secured pages.

May I contact you in-between our scheduled coaching sessions? 

Yes!  In the event that you would like support on something that comes up in between our sessions, you can email me and we can have “just in time” coaching via email or "spot coaching" via phone.  If I cannot answer, please email me with the help you need and I will email or call you back within 24 hours.

Can I change the password you assigned to me? 

Yes.  You will need to log in initially using the password I assigned to you.  Once you log in you can change your password at any time under your Client Profile Page.

What if I forget or loose my password and login information? 

If you forget your password, you can still go to the Login Link.  Enter your username and click on the “I Forgot My Password Button”.  You will receive an email shortly with your password included.  

If you misplaced both your username and your password, contact me via email and I will forward your information.

I’m trying to log in, but it will not accept my username or password, what do I do?

Remember that the login information is case sensitive, so enter it exactly like it was given to you. If you are unsure what that is, you can contact me via email and I’ll forward that to you.

What is the method of payment I can use to pay for my coaching services?

Pay by Credit Card: When you receive your monthly invoice, click on the link at the bottom of the invoice (Or log into the private client area) and click on the Payments tab. Here you can either enter your credit card number and my system will automatically and securely process your payment. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card. 

If you would like for me to set up auto-payment we can arrange that.  The majority of clients do this option. 

Are there professional standards for the coaching industry? 

Yes, the International Coach Federation has a Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, accreditation processes, and certification of coaches.
